At the heart of our brand lies our DNA – “Challenge Ordinary”! It is through this credo that we arrive at our solutions. We do this through our three pronged ‘S’ approach:
Study – First we research and evaluate the brand’s current status, reveal its core essence and extract its unique brand proposition through; a SWOT analysis, brand exploration, brand valuation and an analysis of the competition.
Strategise – Next we work on a creative solution and strategise how best to implement the brand experience through the various touchpoints. This involves developing a communications strategy that includes a refreshed or new brand identity and how to position it.
Spark – Finally, we set the brand identity in motion by implementing the unique brand proposition and promise throughout the agreed touch points. This includes crafting the communication using a tone of voice that accurately transmits the new brand personality and culture through memorable communication solutions.
